Submitting a Damage Claim

If you have damage to your home/property resulting from a sewer backup or sanitary sewage overflow, please follow these instructions for submitting a claim.

  • Take photographs of the damage to your home/property.
  • Document purchases and receipts for cleanup and supplies (i.e. pumps, cleaning supplies, cleaning company) relating to the sewer backup.
  • Submit the photographs and receipts along with your full name, address and phone number to info@valleysanitation.org.

The District's insurance company will review the claim and contact you as soon as possible.
