2024 Sewer Rates - City of Englewood
The City of Englewood City Council approved an outside city sewer treatment rate of $4.38 per 1,000 gallons, an increase of 4.5% effective January 1, 2024. As planned in Englewood's financial model, modest annual rate increases are anticipated to ensure proper funding for capital investment and operations and maintenance of the treatment system.

In addition to the City of Englewood’s rates, Valley Sanitation assesses a service fee that is billed through the City of Englewood. The 2024 service fee is 30% of the overall annual sewer bill.
