Denver Water Customers

If you have a past-due balance on your Denver Water account, now is a great time to catch up, as many of our customers see higher water bills in the summer due to increased water use during irrigation season.

If you keep your balance below $100, you are not at risk of having your water service turned off.

If you are experiencing financial hardship, Denver Water partners with Mile High United Way 2-1-1 Help Center, which is a multilingual, confidential service connecting our community to vital resources. Find out if you qualify for hardship assistance by calling 211, texting your ZIP code to 898-211 or visiting 211Colorado.org(opens in new window)(opens in new window)(opens in new window).

Denver Water Customer Care representatives can help customers navigate payment options and unique circumstances. They can be reached via this contact form or by calling 303-893-2444.

Reminder: As part of their sustainability efforts, Denver Water is phasing out the return payment envelopes starting with the April bill. You can pay your bill by using your own envelope, calling their automated payment service at 1-800-556-0292, paying in person at any Western Union agent location(opens in new window)(opens in new window)(opens in new window) or signing up for e-bill and autopay.
