NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF REGULAR ELECTION
BY THE DESIGNATED ELECTION OFFICIAL FOR THE
VALLEY SANITATION DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Valley Sanitation District, Arapahoe and Denver Counties, Colorado, that at the close of business on the sixty-third (63rd) day before the election there were not more candidates for Director than offices to be filled, including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates; therefore, the election to be held on May 6, 2025, is hereby cancelled.
The following candidates are declared elected:
Phyllis R. Gooden Four Year Term
Vacancy Four Year Term

POR LA PRESENTE SE NOTIFICA por el Distrito de Saneamiento del Valle, los condados de Arapahoe y Denver, Colorado, que al cierre de operaciones el sexagésimo tercer (63º) día antes de la elección no había más candidatos para Director que cargos por llenar, incluidos los candidatos que presentaron declaraciones juradas de intención de ser candidatos por escrito; por lo tanto, se cancela la elección que se celebrará el 6 de mayo de 2025.
