Who are we?
Valley Sanitation District provides wastewater collection services to the residents and businesses within the District boundaries. Labor, equipment, maintenance and operations are provided to Valley Sanitation by our partner district, Platte Canyon Water and Sanitation.
What do we do?
Valley Sanitation operates and maintains the sewer mains your service lines connect to. The district is committed to providing its residents with the most reliable, efficient, and cost effective wastewater collection services possible while preserving public health, protecting the environment, and being responsive to customer needs.
How can we help you?
If you have an emergency such as a sewer back up, call the District first. We will check our main sanitary sewer lines to make sure the backup is not coming from district owned mains and can aid you in troubleshooting the cause of a backup.
Other services we provide include:
- Hydraulic sewer cleaning of district owned mains
- Hydraulic root cutting district owned mains
- CTV inspections of the district owned mains
- CTV inspections of customer service taps from the district main
- Sewer tap inspections
- Responding to missing or damaged manhole covers
- Maintain and service the district's sanitary lift station at Centennial Park
If you suspect a sewer main back up, please call the District ASAP at 303-979-2333.
